Joe's automotive is a great place to go. Family owned and very friendly people.

I have been here two times, and had a bad experience with both. Most recently, I was told to bring my car in for a diagnostic test that they would most likely be able to do in the morning, with hopeful diagnosis by midday. Brought my car in right at opening, and was told by the same woman I spoke to the afternoon prior that they “might” be able to squeeze it in between the other stuff they’ve got going, but that my car might be stuck there for a full week. One day vs. one week is a significant difference when it comes to not having access to your vehicle in the year 2022. Jo’s: if you’re too busy to actually schedule someone on a timeframe that makes sense for your customers, be honest and send them somewhere else. This is a waste of time on both party’s ends. Work honestly and communicate clearly instead of trying to put people in needlessly trying situations jut to make an extra buck.

I trust them. I think that's a pretty big thing to say as a woman who knows nothing about cars going to anywhere where cars are talked about or fixed. I don't feel taken advantage of or misled and they do good work. Thank you 🌻

Staff was awesome, they addressed the issues I was having and had my car ready hours later. Will return for when I inevitably have more repairs for my 06’ CRV

Continuing great service time and time again. First started bringing my ‘87 BMW there about 10 years ago, and so glad I’ve gone back to only Joe’s for service the last couple years.

I am new to this area and I didn't want to trust my car to just anyone. Joe's automotive repair was recommended to me and I am so glad that I followed that recommendation. I now have a new go-to place for all my automotive needs. They are fast, thorough and have great customer service. I completely trust them with my car and will bring it to them for all my needs in the future.

My car had been making a squealing sound since 2019. I'd brought it to a different shop which replaced a belt. Problem wasn't fixed. At all. But COVID hit and we stopped going out and postponed having it looked at. Jump to last month and I'm driving and the check engine light goes on and car barely accelerates. My brother heavily recommends Joe's for honest inexpensive work compared to his other experiences. I'm super stressed but get my car to Joe's the next day after asking if they have time. Woman on the phone was very kind and knowledgeable. They accurately diagnosed and fixed the problem and ordered and replaced the needed part. Car drives GREAT now. No noise. Bill was what was estimated AND they found my tire had a huge nail in it (took to Les Schwab who fixed it for free but thank goodness Joe's told us!) And Joe's also did a much needed oil change. Definitely going to Joe's from here on out. What a gift to our family that we could afford the repairs and get our car back in better condition than it's been in years!!!
