Joe's automotive is a great place to go. Family owned and very friendly people.

I have been here two times, and had a bad experience with both. Most recently, I was told to bring my car in for a diagnostic test that they would most likely be able to do in the morning, with hopeful diagnosis by midday. Brought my car in right at opening, and was told by the same woman I spoke to the afternoon prior that they “might” be able to squeeze it in between the other stuff they’ve got going, but that my car might be stuck there for a full week. One day vs. one week is a significant difference when it comes to not having access to your vehicle in the year 2022. Jo’s: if you’re too busy to actually schedule someone on a timeframe that makes sense for your customers, be honest and send them somewhere else. This is a waste of time on both party’s ends. Work honestly and communicate clearly instead of trying to put people in needlessly trying situations jut to make an extra buck.
