I don’t live in Bellingham. My grandson is going to school in WWU. On Christmas Eve, he need to drive back for work driving our Mitsubishi Gallant, when it broke down. I called several shops explained my situation and need to get the car at the Vehicle impounded Lott, because of the daily charges, but they were not able to help me. I call Joe’s Automotive, I was explaining my situation again and for some reason Izzy, understand my frustration. So I drove from Federal Way, and trying to make it down before 2pm. When I cleared the payment, I did gave them the business to tolled my car to Joe’s Automotive. Coming from Federal Way, it’s quite a drive, I asked the Impounded Vehicle to use the bathroom, told that there is no public bathroom. So sad, the state government can’t provide public bathroom, don’t understand. When my husband and I, got to Joe’s Automotive, I was so welcome and well informed. That they were not able to get to the car until Friday, but was able to park the car. Thank you so much Izzy. I will always bring my car to Joe’s Automotive Shop
