They were great! I had a wonderful customer service experience and though it took a couple weeks to get my car back, I didn’t mind. They called and kept me up to date on what was going on and they made the experience super comfortable. I definitely recommend them!

Absolutely great experience at Joes Automotive. Responsive to my making an online appointment. Very friendly customer service and quick turnaround. Good experience - as always!! I’ve been trusting Joe with my car for over 40 years now, and have learned to expect no less.

Joe’s replaced the left front axle on our Subaru Outback. The rubber boot over the CV joint had ripped open. This same thing has happened on other cars we have had probably because we drive on poor did roads to access hiking trails . The safest repair when this happens it to replace the whole axle which is what we went with because as skiers and backpackers we often have the car in remote places. Joe’s did the repair in one day at a reasonable price.
