They were very quick, honest with assessments, and costs were reasonable. During one of their assessments, they figured out that there was an easy fix (re-attaching a hose that came loose) and fixed it, no extra charge beyond the assessment fee. No complaints at all. I'd definitely take our car there again.

Joe and his crew will not recommend a sub-standard repair and they perform above average work. There is a cost to operate your business in this manner and I am always willing to pay a little more for this type of service. I know I can get an oil change for less, but sometimes paying less will cost more in the long run. My wife also brings her vehicle here and she has had the same great experience as me. Thank you VERY much Joe's Automotive for taking such great care of my vehicle.

Joe's Automotive was very honest with me when I took my '96 Nissan in last winter -- there were things that needed to happen now, and a few things that could wait but would need to get fixed eventually. It was a refreshing approach from a car repair shop. I appreciated not being pressured into getting expensive work done, when it could wait a few extra months until my finances were more flexible. I am really impressed with the quality of mechanics they have here. Everyone excels at customer relations and they are extremely decently priced. I would highly recommend this shop above any other. They even have their own towing guy! When the shop across the street refused to take a look at my dead car, these guys literally pushed it across the street and agreed to look at it. They fixed my botched timing belt (done by a different place) within a week. I would highly suggest if you'd like a more personal experience where you get great service for reasonable prices, go here!!!!

I had a great experience with these guys! Car repair is never good news for a broke college student, but they really worked with me on the payments, and gave me time to come up with the funds that I needed. They also gave me a student discount. Their prices were fair and comparable to any other place in town. If I ever need help with my car again, I will be going to these guys.

I had my check engine light come on last Friday evening. Suspecting it was a fuel pump or sensor issue, I brought my '99 Tacoma to Joe on Saturday afternoon. He was able to fit me in despite being pretty busy. Joe determined the issue (MAF sensor needed to be replaced), and gave me a quote. I called another shop and let him know of their quote, and he was able to find the Denso part they were using, and match that price. After that was all completed, I picked his brain about an unfortunate appointment i had at another shop. He gave me his opinion on what had happened, and I really appreciate him taking his time to explain that to me.
