I used to take my truck to the local Ford dealer but looked for an alternative after getting slow and poor service. Joe's has been able to get my truck in and out very quickly... usually the day after I call. They diagnose and make the fixes quickly. Very friendly and professional customer service as well.

First time, but definitely not last time, customer. I made an appointment online, brought the car in at 9 am on the day of the appointment. We had a pretty good idea of what was wrong and also what we thought the cost would be to fix it. They called shortly after and told us they could fix it that day, for about 30% less than we estimated! Absolutely great service, highly recommend them.
