I'm new to Bellingham and saw good reviews for Joe's and decided to try them. BIG MISTAKE! I took my Jeep in for an oil change and to repair a small oil leak. Brought my Jeep home with a much bigger leak! When I took it back to them they said it wasn't oil leaking and that they would call me to set up a appointment to fix it again. They never called which was fine with me since I lost trust with them at that point. I took it to another shop in town who fixed the oil leak and told me my oil cap was damaged and may have to be destroyed in order to remove it. No one had ever said that to me before so I'm assuming that is thanks to Joe's as well. Overall bad experience.
