Pretty straight forward, took my car in thinking i had an engine problem, turns out to be a axle problem. Fixed it, no more issues, and i didnt have to pay what i expected to pay, i paid less. Good overall

Made an appointment online, it was fast and efficient and they diagnosed the issues that my vehicle had very quickly and the front desk was very friendly and helpful, I will be returning in the future with my other vehicles if the need arises.

Where do I start?? The office staff were so helpful and communicative and attentive to what I needed, I felt very taken care of. They went out of their way to make sure I understood everything and gave me options to choose from. The work was done quickly and professionally. I had a great experience getting my AC repaired at Joe's. They had me in and out with in 24hrs of calling them when other places were booked a week or more out. The prices were reasonable, service was great, and the people were better!
