My 2007 Ford focus developed a problem and I couldn't pin point or what the exact problem was coming from and made a decision to take it to Joe's automotive, dropped it off the night before and got my car back end of next day.I didn't know what to expect if the problem was fixed, and when I started driving off the shops parking lot on first gear it was like night and day difference right off the bat, my hatch is happy sounding again and runs awesome, and would like to say thank you very much to Joe's automotive shop definitely would take my other cars to Joe's and would recommend to friends and family.

They did not properly close the hood of my car before returning it to me. I only found out when it flew open while on the freeway. I avoided any accident or injury, and will avoid this shop from now on.

I had an emergency situation because a mouse had chewed on the hose that brings heat to the carand I was able to get my car fixed right away! The man who fixed my car was incredibly kind as well as knowledgeable! I have a recommend them!
