Where do I start?? The office staff were so helpful and communicative and attentive to what I needed, I felt very taken care of. They went out of their way to make sure I understood everything and gave me options to choose from. The work was done quickly and professionally. I will DEFINITELY be back for more work, love Joe’s so much!! It’s great to have finally found a reliable repair shop I can trust!

I had a great experience getting my AC repaired at Joe's. They had me in and out with in 24hrs of calling them when other places were booked a week or more out. The prices were reasonable, service was great, and the people were better!

I took my 2006 Buick Rainer in for service because it felt like I was driving with 4x4 on, especially when taking a left or right turn from a complete stop. It turns out that the AWD system was not working properly, and it would have cost a lot of money to fix it. The mechanic suggested disconnecting the AWD system and just have the vehicle on 2 wheel drive. This was a good suggestion because I didn't want to spend too much money on the repairs. I appreciate mechanics who are honest and have the client's best interest at heart. I recommend Joe's Automotive Repair in Bellingham, WA.
