If you have a serious issue, don't even go there. Brought my car in to have a diagnosed and possibly repaired. The lead mechanic said I had three cylinders low on compression and the engine was junk. (He was very unpleasant) That's all they could tell me after waiting 2 and a half hours and $170 just for diagnostic testing.

We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your visit to our shop. Without a name, we are not sure exactly who you are or the services you received. Looking into your account, we believe the last time you came into the shop was last October, when we recommended a spark plug and coil for cylinder 3. Excellent customer service. Front desk staff was friendly and my pre purchase inspection was completed thoroughly and in a timely manner. I highly recommend choosing Joe’s Automotive.

My go-to mechanic in Bellingham. Brought my Jeep in because of some squeaking to make sure my brakes were okay. They told me they were in good shape and tightened some loose pieces that helped with the squeaking and didn't charge me anything! Brought it in later for routine maintenance and got it back the same day no problem. Will definitely be back next time I need work done. I really appreciate the honesty and communication I've experienced at Joe's and would definitely recommend for someone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic.

I used Joe’s for a 3rd party pre purchase vehicle inspection. They got me in quick and gave me the results of a comprehensive review before the end of the same day, identifying a number of issues I couldn’t see from my walk around and test drive. Best 250 bucks I’ve ever spent!
