Communication was good. Service time was about what I expected. My vehicle is how I make my income so time is very critical to me. I wish the break-down would have happened on a Monday instead of losing the whole weekend, plus Monday, which are my best money days. I work seven days a week. The cost was 2 times what I expected and I had to find financing. Luckily Napa auto Care has Synchrony Bank for emergency financing. It only took me 10 minutes to get qualified. The receptionist Shannon was quick, informative, and Friendly with finalizing the repair transaction process.
