I listed a long event of my experience at Joe's Automotive in an earlier review due to my frustration. As soon as I sent the essay review the owner Joe called me to discuss my issues. Now I'm retracing what had occurred due to the overwhelming sincerity of Joe's, and Justin shop performance or should I say shop side manners. He was so sorry, apologized over and over and kept asking what he could do for me. I explained that he wasn't at fault, however Joe took full responsibility for his shops mechanic errors in the matter. Joe offered money back to me and or money off future service. Man oh man I'm now very impressed! There wasn't a thing that I said that Joe wasn't in agreement with. People can have bad days and this was obvious in a few actions of one Mechanic. I'm going to now forgive the situation in this matter. I've now found a new local shop. Thank you Joe and thank you Justin you both are great! Paul Prendergast. 2006 GMC Sierra 6.6l.

Family businesses are hard to come by these days. When you do find one there's no equal when doing business with them. I appreciate Joe's automotive. They were friendly and took care of my foreign vehicle with a smile. The owner was there and seemed to really care about his business. Thanks!

While we were in town from across the state dropping a kid off for college our 2005 Tahoe got stuck in 4WD LOW! For over an hour we tried every trick we found online and in the manual, but nothing worked. And of course it's Saturday... We looked up shops close by and one said they could look at it Monday. My husband found Joe's and a cheerful voice answered! When we explained our plight she told us to get there and they would try. They kindly juggled their schedule to squeeze us in. Once they got a chance to look they quickly diagnosed the problem...and then they just happened to have a replacement part on hand! The transfer case motor was replaced in record time, and came w a warranty. We went from desperate to relieved within three hours. I will recommend this business to everyone! Not only were they quick and efficient, but also very kind and friendly. Outstanding customer service! Five Stars! Thank you for helping us!!

Joe's Automotive is awesome. I called and talked to Justin late afternoon on a Friday, explained what I thought was going on with my car. He was very gracious and told me to bring it in Sat morning. I was there when they opened at 8am and the car was fixed by 11:30am! The price was reasonable and the service was great. I'm definitely going to take my car there whenever I need anything done. 😊
