Wow! What service. I’ve never been to Joe’s before but they were super nice, knowledgeable and honest. What a combo! I will definitely be back.

I'm from Texas, and I had just driven up here for work, about 3400 miles. My jeep started making this clicking noise.. so I decided to get it checked out. Tried the jeep dealership here in Bellingham, and they wanted to charge me $800 JUST. TO. FIND. THE. PROBLEM. So I brought it to Joe's. They got me right in, diagnosed it within like an hour.. and had my jeep fixed and back to me within a day, for the same price the dealership was gonna price me to just find the problem. Very friendly, very fast, and very affordable. Highly recommended.

Awesome crew at Joe's Automotive!! I noticed a thumping sound coming from the front driver's side area of my van that had to be attended to. Lance was great and able to drop the van off (same day) and get a Joe's Automotive discount at Enterprise Rent-A-Car (who were also awesome) just a blocks or so away. I was thinking the worst when it came to what the problem could possibly be. Axle, CV joint, etc.. I was also expecting the van to be looked at the following morning. Approximately an hour after I received the rental car, Joe notified me that the problem was loose lug nuts in one of the wheels, and had all of the wheels re-tourqued. WHEW!!! I truly appreciate their honesty as they could have gotten me for a lot of $$$. Joe, Lance, and crew... Thank You. You have a new customer. Ralph M.

If you're having trouble finding a used car in good repair on a budget, Joe has a service where for a flat fee he'll look at cars until he finds one he likes and buy it for you. Then if it needs repairs they can fix it there...he got me an old Subaru which has been running well. A relief after a long search.

It's always hard to tell what to think about any place when you read reviews. It seems like it's typically a lot of 5 and 4 star reviews and then some 1 star reviews. I don't see how someone could give Joe's 1 star. In my experience they are always upfront about the cost to do a repair and timely with getting it done. Do you really want a mechanic that is slow enough that they can do the work the same day you call? No... I want someone that is busy because they're good, but fit me in based on the urgency of the repair, if possible. I highly recommend Joe's because they are friendly, professional and I've never gone in and get the job done, while never feeling taken advantage of. I've been to plenty of places that don't meet that basic criteria. Thanks guys for taking great care of our vehicles.

I have taken my car in to Joe’s multiple times and every time they have been super fast, extremely friendly, and do excellent work. They are honest and seem to really care about getting your car back on the road for you. Lance is who I have dealt with the most and he and the rest of the staff are top-notch! I highly recommend you trust them with your car!
