Car died and they got me in and out same day on a water pump! On a Saturday even. Super awesome people with great prices!

My daughter was having issues with her car rattling at higher speeds 50+mph and check engine light would appear at higher speeds. Joe's Automotive was able to get her car in last minute and had time to facilitate the repair the same day. Thank You

Every time I come in, they are super friendly, transparent, and empathetic to my situation. They explain what does and doesn't need to be done, and why each decision is important. Justin is very clear in setting expectations and making room for you if you have an emergency. I have been looking for a fair mechanic that does great work, and I have been VERY SATISFIED with both cars we have had worked on there. 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee and 2011 Ford Escape. No one wants to take their car to the shop for work, but knowing I'm taking it to Joe's Automotive makes it way less stressful! Give them a try!!
