My very first experience with this establishment was a very wonderful experience. Lance was super knowledgeable about everything we discussed. I was kept very involved and informed the whole time they serviced my truck. The cost was very reasonable. They charged me $590 and I had my vehicle back in two days. Not two weeks before my truck broke down it was “repaired “ at northwest Chevy. They charged me $4,300, replaced a bunch of unnecessary things. On top of that they didn’t even fix the actual problem. Northwest Chevy kept my vehicle for a week. Joes automotive is truly wonderful they fixed my problem and earned a loyal customer.

I actually can't believe how good the service was here from beginning to end. They fixed my car and let me know what happened and what was wrong and sent me on my way for very little money. Shannon was super nice and thorough and Lance was really nice to me. This is my new place.

I had an appointment for vibration issue on my Mustang GT 16, and Joe ended up not serving my car as he highly recommended me to get alignment and wheel balanced first before he inspects it which ultimately ended up saving me few hundred dollars. I appreciated the honesty and actions mirroring my best interest. I would come back here for future services if I ever visit Bellingham again. If I were to mention one tiny dissatisfaction, it would be better communication. I wished that he would had told me this over the phone when I made the appointment. In this way some time could have been spared. Regardless he is a great guy and everyone should consider his shop for your next service.
