5 stars not because they fix the problem and stand behind it, not because they are very helpful with pick up and delivery, not because they seem to translate sounds into solutions but because my mother is happy. That's worth every star!

Joe's Automotive Repair take care of both my family vehicle and my business vehicle. We have had nothing but great experiences at their shop! Always greeted with a friendly smile, always have the vehicle back to us faster than they say and we always know the work is being done just right! Thanks for keeping us on the road guys!

We were on a weekend visit to family in Bellingham and could smell something bad going on under the hood of our Ford. Joe's Automotive diagnosed the problem quickly and professionally fixed it, even though they were very busy, they still fit me into their schedule. Very friendly group and felt secure in having them do the work. They did a great job. Would definitely use them again! Joe and Shannon also went the extra mile by fixing the screw on my sunglasses. They are open on Saturdays, big plus!

As long as I live in Bellingham I will continue taking my vehicle to Joe's. Reasonable cost wise as well as being quick and efficient. Each time my car had been finished well before the projected time. Lance is great at clearly explaining any problems and what needs to be done to fix them. I also appreciated the extra information I was provided about other aspects of my vehicle that I should take care of in the near future..and will, at Joe's!!

These guys are the best! Seriously! Other mechanics in the area will make you wait days to get your vehicle back, but these guys got my vehicle fixed in a few hours--it wasn't something simple either. Go here before anywhere else. I promise you won't regret it!

Very friendly and open with the work they did on my truck. Gave me a good breakdown of the costs and didn't pressure me into spending money. They told me what was wrong and how much it would cost then gave me time to think if that was what I wanted to do. Definitely bring my vehicles back here for future repair.

I would highly suggest for anybody to take their car to Joe's. Everyone there is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Lance the shop manager is a good guy to talk sports with if you have a couple minutes to spare.
