These guys are awesome! 11/10 recommendation. I took my car in needing a few minor repairs today before I had a job interview. These guys made my car priority and had it done in 25 minutes if not less. These people care about what their costumers have to say and will do their best going above and beyond expectations. Lance at Joe's Automotive was great. I was in a bind at 7:30A before they even opened. As soon as they opened they made the effort of getting my car in within 10 minutes. In another 30 minutes I had an explanation and a quote. Not understanding cars, Lance was more than willing to speak to my husband on the phone. In addition, he brought out the part to show me the damage. He treated me like I was not illiterate and could understand cars with a little explanation. I will definitely make Joe's my go to auto repair!

I am so beyond impressed with the level of service from Joes automotive. The personal service and extra things they go out of their way to do are the reasons we take all of our cars there. Joe is great, I kind of stumbled upon this shop from a recommendation from another shop in the area. Joe was able to get my car in the next day, and even though I had to replace the radiator, he did it all for me that day, and they even gave me a ride home while they worked on it! I am not a car person and Joe was more than happy to take me out and show me what was wrong and break down all the (very reasonable) prices for me! As a young girl I get nervous going to mechanics and getting taken advantage of, but not here!

I had the best experience at Joe's Automotive. They are a full service shop. Joe personally gave me a ride home as our "Emerald Dragon" green inside and out Lincoln 1995 Town Car needed a good cleaning out of the EGR(?), two new tires, alignment, oil change and fuses for our air suspension. Lance at the front desk is super thorough, even took a picture of our totally clogged up EGR that made it difficult for our girl to go up hills. He told us what was necessary and what we could wait on completing at a later date if we wanted. We decided to get it all done at once and she drives like a dream. Then Joe's wife, Shannon, came to pick me up to get my car at the shop. This is full service! Ladies, if you are looking for an honest shop that cares about your vehicle and you, this is the place. Joe and his staff are total sweethearts committed to doing a great job! Thank you Joe!

Joes automotive you guys rock!!! No matter what I try to break on any one of my vehicles, you guys always keep me rolling down the road!! Thank you Joe's Automotive for taking such great care of my car. They explain what is wrong with my car- I've never had a mechanic do that before! Most speak "shop" and don't take the time to make sure you really understand the issue. I'm so appreciative of the time they take to make sure I understand and am comfortable with that is happening to my car. Joe's is the only place I would feel comfortable having my car worked on. What a trustworthy and efficient team they have there.
