Called the shop April 2 to see if they could R & R an alternator for me on my daughters 4Runner. Being in the Parts business, I requested bringing my own Alternator. Stopped in at 8 am this morning with a new noise from my truck's engine. They diagnosed the problem as the power steering tensioner pulley about to fail. Got the part in within minutes and less than an hour later I was on my way with the noise gone and confidence it wouldn't fail on a trip to Yakima tomorrow. Thanks for fast, courteous service.

Lance and his crew saved my families Disney vacation by diagnosing and repairing our a/c. We were told by another shop it would be over $2000 and a 5 day wait.
