I had the best experience at Joe's Automotive. They are a full service shop. Joe personally gave me a ride home as our "Emerald Dragon" green inside and out Lincoln 1995 Town Car needed a good cleaning out of the EGR(?), two new tires, alignment, oil change and fuses for our air suspension. Lance at the front desk is super thorough, even took a picture of our totally clogged up EGR that made it difficult for our girl to go up hills. He told us what was necessary and what we could wait on completing at a later date if we wanted. We decided to get it all done at once and she drives like a dream. Then Joe's wife, Shannon, came to pick me up to get my car at the shop. This is full service! Ladies, if you are looking for an honest shop that cares about your vehicle and you, this is the place. Joe and his staff are total sweethearts committed to doing a great job! Thank you Joe!

Thank you Joe's Automotive for taking such great care of my car. They explain what is wrong with my car- I've never had a mechanic do that before! Most speak "shop" and don't take the time to make sure you really understand the issue. I'm so appreciative of the time they take to make sure I understand and am comfortable with that is happening to my car. Joe's is the only place I would feel comfortable having my car worked on. What a trustworthy and efficient team they have there.

I had a great experience here. My car broke down the other morning and I brought it into Joe's. I told them I worked at four that day so if they called about the car and I didn't answer, to just leave a message. They told me they would try to have it done that day and if not then they would get it done before I had to work at noon the following day. They called me a few hours later and told me that it would be ready for me to pick up before I had to go to work. It was really considerate of them to care that much about my ride to my job, really stellar crew.

When I brought my 1989 Toyota Camry to Joe's Automotive Repair, Joe personally drove me back to my place AND picked me up again when the work was done so that I wouldn't have to worry about transportation. He also discovered what THREE other shops had all missed: That my timing belt had NEVER been changed! Suffice it to say, I will DEFINITELY be recommending Joe's Automotive Repair to everyone I know.

I have now taken a Jeep and two trucks to Joe's for just about everything from a total breakdown to a prepurchase inspection. These guys are awesome. Always have time for extra advice and questions. They always do great work and help me make informed decisions. I always figure out the price of parts and labor before I move ahead on having work done and Lance has always been very up front and honest with me. Just remember that cheap work isn't good and good work isn't cheap!

After 2 and a half years, my 1994 Plymouth Sundance runs great! Joe and the service team are most likely among the top 10 mechanics in the USA for trustworthiness and reliable service....I would highly recommend Joe's Automotive to all family and friends.
